We currently do not offer a return or exchange policy as we are unable restock returned or opened goods due to sanitary reasons.

Any customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact USPS/ UPS/FEDEX with any questions or concerns once tracking information is provided to you.

Cancelling an Order:

If you would like to cancel an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@hersznlashbar.com as soon as possible. 

We will try to accommodate your request however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
